Assessment

Migration
At the agreed time, we perform the migration in production. This is usually done outside business hours, so that users are inconvenienced as little as possible.

Preparation
In this phase, we ensure that no more surprises occur during the migration. The configuration is preparedn the migration steps are worked out, documented and automated where necessary. Everything is extensively tested in Dev and Test environments. We explicitly involve you as a customer in the acceptance process and work out communication, documentation and training materials.

Start-up and aftercare
We support the user with training around the new features and capabilities of the patform and remain on standby after the migration to answer questions and troubleshoot problems.
